My teaching style:

My style is diverse and playful while being sometimes quiet and concentrated but always well-balanced. It does not matter if you meet me in a dynamic class or in quiet Jin Yoga, I always give people space to be their own teacher and learn to listen to the body. At the same time, I work with people to occasionally leave their comfort zone and open up to challenges that yoga practice offers.

About me:

I am a native of Prague, lover of good food and drink, I like animals, travelling and reading books. I am forever a student of yoga and have been practising it for over 10 years, of which I have been teaching for 4 years.

Why I like yoga and what I enjoy about it:

I enjoy a lot of things in yoga, especially the physical practice, working with the breath or exploring my own boundaries. Yoga teaches me to slow down, be patient and just be a good person. I believe that regular practice can be used as a weapon against weakness, illness and fear, and I think it does work.


Favourite place:

There are a lot of them but my most favourite places are mountains and hiking.
